We start the process by contacting your partner to explain the process and make sure they are also happy with the system if your partner feels comfortable then the Thai staff commence advising your partner about the paperwork required from her side of the application it does not matter were in Thailand your partner is we can control the application without your partner having to travel to Pattaya with there paperwork we have numerous clients from the North and South of Thailand and we don't expect them to have a long tiring bus ride to hand us there paperwork.
When we have cleared with your partner, we can then e-mail or fax a list of documents required from yourself for the application, once you have completed your documents you can post direct to our office via registered post and we normally receive them within 5 working days.
We then collate all the documents making sure that everything the Embassy wishes to see is in the application and that it is presented in a professional way.
We then take the application to Bangkok and submit the application the Embassy it takes approximately 5-10 working days to make a decision and we collect the application on your partner's behalf including the passport and visa and documentation.
When your partner is awarded the tourist visa it is automatically for six months and is a multiple entry visa so they can go backwards and forwards if they wish in a six months period.
Our company fee is 30,000 Thai baht which is fully inclusive of the Embassy fee, translations, presentation, submitting the application and collecting the application when the decision is made, we have a company policy which states you only pay a 5,000 Thai baht commitment fee and then pay no more money until the visa is awarded in your partners passport, our figures to do not increase and the quoted price is all you pay.
These are the main reasons why we see a Thai partner refused a visa without professional help
The visa officer is looking at the Thai national: most of the time the sponsor thinks that his bank account is enough to satisfy it is important but remember the application is about the Thai applicant.
At the interview stage of the application the Thai applicant is unable to answer the barrage of questions put to them by the Immigration officer if not professionally trained and prepared.
Supporting documentation provided to the Embassy is not catalogued or categorized and presented in a professional manner.
Numerous statements are made by the Thai applicant that can not be backed up with evidence which means if the visa is refused it is virtually impossible for re-application.
The application forms are not filled in correctly and presented poorly including numerous spelling mistakes.
Documents required from the Thai applicant are not provided. In most instances the Thai applicant is too embarrassed to explain to the sponsor because they do not understand what is required and the most important documentation is not submitted.
Because the sponsor can read an Embassy website they feel putting a few documents in an envelope is sufficient but the lists shown are inferably short and not comprehensive enough to satisfy the Immigration officer. They want you to make mistakes.
The sponsor cannot control the Thai documents because they are un aware of what is needed for the application and 99% of foreigners cannot read the Thai language, so how would you know if the application was correct or not!!
